A fun session to work your upper body, core, glutes and legs, followed by a short relaxation session with calming music and lavender eye pillow.
We will warm up then work each section with a series of low impact, ballet and pilates inspired moves to strengthen and tone your body like never before. Expect your muscles to shake and burn (in a good way!). Some work will be on the mat, some with free weights and some at the barre - the best bit!
No previous ballet / dance experience necessary, just a desire to exercise.
I am a fully insured, NASM qualified personal trainer and an IBBFA (international Ballet Barre Fitness Association) qualified barre instructor. I love to create beautiful, inspiring workouts that sculpt and strengthen the body.
